Who are the worst managers?

    who was the ASM that was just fired? Heard she was a nightmare . Anyone know what happened ?

    I heard what happened, and yes, she was a total nightmare from what the person said that I spoke with said. For once, it appears that upper management did the right thing. Unfortunately, there are other ASM's that need to be rooted out.

    Was the ASM Neuro or Psych? Has anyone hear how their bosses survey results? My boss has NOT said one word. We all know were honest and assigned true answers.

    Can you imagine how bad the answers would be if everyone was honest!!
    Out asm dropped on almost everything with people lying trying to make them look better than they really are! Don’t know anything about an asm being let go. Anyone have the details?

    What state did this happen in? They tend to let managers get away with stuff that we never could. The survey was a total waste. My manager went down on a lot of things too, and I can assure you, if we felt safe, the answers would ne a lot worse!

    So what ASM are we talking about? Have not heard anything about an ASM being let go.

    The ASMs are all laid off throwbacks from big Pharma. They only know what they were taught which is the same with Tres. They are clueless, dictatorial, waste of space that no longer serve a purpose. Approve expense reports and ridiculous field rides with a check off sheet, like we are taking oral exams. Someone should give all them an anal exam with Lebron James hands. The position is archaic, the managers. Are wasted money and the field deserves respect for being humiliated every time these jackasses come walk in an office and stand back like. Some Demi-God ready to throw a lightning bolt down from heaven. Maybe we should have Thor and Loki managing Lundbeck.

    Two managers were fired on psych. One west boast and one east coast. Question is why and who is next

    The lunatic on the East Coast should have been fired a long time ago. Don't know about the West coast. If the survey answers were truthful, which they are not for the most part for fear of retaliation, the ASM scores would have been much lower. Hey PA, look at the scores and figure out who should stay or go. You have some that are unbelievably horrible!

    the company has its forced ranks ready for october, need not worry yourself, those at the bottom of the rankings who are not leading their teams will find themselves back into a account manager role or separated. There is major changes coming in October.

    That latest survey action plan Peter rolled out totally glossed over the biggest complaint around pay and benefits. Nice action plan. Peter's work is like high school quality, took minutes to do and there is nothing of substance. Who is holding Peter accountable? Kare left last September..... is this usual to have a CEO vacancy almost a year out?

    Can you give us the initials of the RD and the fired ASM'S? The reorg is beginning. Are you ready for it, or do you have your head in the sand? You better make a decision to stay or ride it out fast!

    ASM that was "no longer needed" was CH. Long, long overdue. They need to assure AM's that they can feel safe coming forward with "issues" in re their ASM. The vast majority fo AM's would never feel safe in doing it.

    I was shocked to hear CH is no longer at Lundbeck. I thought she was the "superstar" manager. What happened?
