I'm sorry but if you're blindsided even with all of those signs of where the company is going then the only thing that is blindsiding you is your denial. The company is barely surviving and can't even sell. If you really need to work then start looking now so you won't be left out in the cold. Why stay at a company when there is no room for growth? Last time I walked into that building it was depressing.
