Yeah stay away. JK is the problem in neuroscience. Oh wait, so are the leaders he’s hired or touts. Oh and the home office goobers that don’t know what the hell they’re doing. It’s been a long time since we’ve had a good marketing and training team. We are better off being sold and just putting this old dog to sleep.

Neuroscience is a sinking ship because leaders like Jeff, Bruce, Marc, Todd, Jill, Rowland, Jose, Mike T, Joe G, Dyann and others I missed are ALL children of Uncle Al! Nothing will change while they are in leadership. They will continue to promote each other and drive out anyone who doesn’t kiss their ass. Notice the LACK of diversity with these clowns? Club White. They drive out any ounce of diversity that has slipped in over the years. Stay away folks. Toxic.

So true! And JK is heading it all into the toilet. They’ve taken a specialty, tenured sales force & primary cared it into the crapper with their 39 step selling model, micromanaging so we’re all robots, putting managers & even directors in the field ridiculous amounts when they should be in their offices removing obstacles & strategizing- I could go on & on.

I can't agree more. For the senior level, Farari sales force, they treat us more and more like the Ford Taurus. Between field rides with FSTs, Corporate sales trainers, managers, directors, conference calls, certifications, anatomy summits, sales meetings... it's insane. I never get a full day of just doing calls. And the micromanaging of what to say.... why hire such experienced reps??

JK and his little kiss ass bitches like JG, Jill etc need to be taken out already. Shoes MForth is clueless. At least JWilliams the heffer and McGlack’n is gone. They were all ass clowns.

If Sanders was smart, he would clean house in Allergan Botox Neuro. He needs to clean house of the current good ole boys club and hire fresh management from outside the company. Beware....Amgen will kick ass because strategy and forcast is being set by old, narrow minded, mildly innovative leaders who are clueless what the real Neuro world is doing out there. Replace with leaders with fresh ideas or Neuro will get screwed. There will be a new leader in town named Amgen and they are out for blood.

Oh, I’m sorry. Are you under the impression that BS wants or wanted to do anything with this behemoth of a Company but sell it? Did you think he wanted to grow it organically? What is this ‘innovation’ you speak of? This entire endeavor was built to be bought by Pfizer and since those wheels came off, we’ve just been rats in a cage.

Speaking of neuroscience and train wreck I am at a complete loss with NF as my manager. If I have to hand over my iPad (spontaneously) on a field ride one more time, just for him to scroll through every single call I have made every day, all day since the last time he was in my car - I think I’ll lose it.

Julio. I meant Jose. It’s pathetic how these 2-3 decade old managers are still there. Nothing with change in Allergan Neuro Botox division. Sinking ship.

True. Allergan used to be a great place to work. Not anymore, but they keep telling us “this is the place to be”. I’d rather be selling Amovig.

This company is unprofessional at every level. Got out and got a better job!! I hear stories weekly from reps still there who hate their life working with allergan
