Has anyone else heard that we are going to allowance for our car? When will they stop taking things away from us?

...with the amount of time I bet you've spent talking about your freaking car allowance you could have covered whatever the hell the allowance is, and you probably haven't even lost it yet so what exactly is this about?

I can promise you this, the comp plan, the car allowance, the free gear, your bonus, and the health insurance decisions are not in your control and neither are the several hundred others that get made on a daily basis, but your numbers are in your control. So make it happen. Focker out.

Management troll. Legit thing to be concerned about. Doing this isn’t a calling you asshole. We’re all here for the $$ and car is part of the package. Stupid dick.

It was a GBS finance proposal to lower car benefits. Then GBS takes it as “cost savings” rather than a benefits reduction take away. That pays back their existence.

Wonder how much they’ll save after having to fill a bunch of vacant territories, recruiting cost, new hire training, mbo payouts. No consideration for their employees at all. Awful.

Not being negative, but seriously, it’s time for a wake up call to anyone who thinks things are going to get better. Just take a look at the last 7 months. This is it, folks. The new normal.

The level of experience in “leadership” is non existent. One of the two Wound “VPs”doesn’t even have industry experience and is so unqualified for his role, it’s actually painful to watch. Comical, yet painful.

    The other goofball who sold
dressings his whole life has no clue what’s going on outside of the bandaid world.

And Mike?! Gimme a break. That guy runs his mouth about things he has no idea about and then has to retract all day long. He’s a one man shit show who’s running around burning down what’s left, all the while he actually believes he’s building something.

If people are not seriously working towards finding something more rewarding, they need to right now. This is just the beginning, folks!

Oh and Francois... yeah... stay in Singapore, you’ve done enough damage to this organization.

I’m a contract employee & get $650/mo car allowance plus a gas card. It’s definitely way below.

Your spend all your time trying to find what’s wrong with the company. If a car is what makes or breaks it I assume you are not achieving your sales quotas.
