DC diabetes region leadership

All of the past Mid-Atlantic ABLs are gone except Brian S in Richmond. Others left, displaced or promoted. There are all new ABLs in the DC Region, 2 ABLs who came over from CV and 1 new ABL. 7 Districts and 4 ABLs- vacancies. They are spread thin now. It's a clean house. Heard it's good over there now, decent managers, from friends in that Region but they are really working tails off because of all the vacancies. At least the old guard is gone.

 

Just one more POS lackey ABL to shed in Richmond, and the last vestiges of that malignant former region will be erased. Hopefully that will be taken care of in the upcoming restructuring-----can't come soon enough.

Agree. Some managers could no longer stomach how the company was being managed and how they, as managers had to treat their employees. Those managers found other positions. These 2 however turned a blind eye to those dynamics and collected the paycheck. Yes, a total lack of integrity. Shameful is the word that comes to mind.

 

If she is in that geography, she has a whole culture and legacy to live up to. Hell, she's just getting started.
