By marketing meeting do you mean the CVA training? You better focus on that & learning something while you’re there. Need to start selling. Take all of the help you can get!

This shows the home office doesn't understand what the problem is.

It doesn’t matter what/where the problem is. We need to move product- despite all the obstacles- or the co. won’t be able to afford to pay us. Pretty cut & dry. If you’re not up for working your butt off and trying everything compliantly possible to make it happen, go now. It’s going to be a ton of work.

If your focus is on working compliantly I guarantee you’re not having any injection success. Home office and marketing have backed CLs into a corner where you just gotta do what you’ve gotta do.

And the home office screw ups keep getting promoted and don’t think those of us in the field don’t see that and feel how we are getting slighted. They have not done one thing correctly yet get rewarded. We, on the other hand, can’t even get paid to scale for specialty. The home office is nothing more than overhead that provides nothing yet consistently gets more and more money handed to them. That will be this companies downfall. They financially abandoned their sales force.

This has been the case for longer than you've been here. There seemed to be nothing more to promotions than a brown nosing the right people.

especially the low performing CLs that got promoted over the last year or so. You know, the ones who had never stepped out remotely as a leader with an easy market and now suddenly they expect them to lead us through this launch. What a joke. They should have invested in leadership with experience in the launch market

Oh, you know the old saying, "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach. Or in this case, manage.

Sometimes the person you'd take a bullet for, is behind the trigger. An honest enemy is better than a false friend. Betrayal, the weapon of the weakest of cowards.
