    These managers need to be held accountable for managing! Not policing, babysitting or controlling. It's very bleak that they rule with an iron fist under their superiors radars! If only they were rated on filed ridealomgs!

    If micro managing means catching your lazy ass not working counts, then yes she micro managed you.

    I love it when those people who are fired or disciplined for not working or falsifying calls or expenses blame their manager for taking action against them. If you suck at your job. If you are constantly negative to the point that it wears on your peers and your manager. If you break policy by not working or cheating then you are not a victim. You are a problem and your manager's job is to fix problems.

    Of course there are people who should never be placed in a leadership or management position just like there are many people who should never have been hired by AZ as a PSS. And your point is what exactly?
    I am guessing that you are one of those people.

    It's time to drain the AZ swamp! All these new systems & technology but still little rights for the at will employee!

    If you don't like the at will status then go get a union job in a factory or in public service. See how that works out for you.

    You don't, you can quit and look for another job. AZ culture will never change because it was built from the top down. The layers run far too deep to ever expect change.

    It will never change when you have managers that are glorified reps with no ability to think like business owners and be innovative. All they do is another layer out selling with the PSS. Why? Same with CBD and EBD is the worst. Ride em cowboy. Everyone doing same thing piling on to those few customers you can see (which is less and less). Spend money with no thought or purpose. It's a broken model promoting the all day lie at all levels. The resistance to change is strong at all levels as well. Ask those that tried - they are no longer at AZ. They fear for the job as it is and are in fear of the changes that may fix it. Why? It would take innovation, courage, risk and work. How long has it been since you would have said those words about a leader here?

    When was the last time you heard someone from management ask a challenging question or defend us at a meeting? Anyone who did is long gone.

    March in line -- over the cliff -- little lemmings. Everyone out challenging customer -- don't think outside the box, god forbid you say the emperor wears no cloths and record the hi doc passing in the hall (maybe) as a two product call. Got it! It's all a sham -- those that try and set up for success in the future meet resistance and the resistance turns to lie.....so who goes? Not the cry baby or those not working but those challenging at all levels for a better way to be successful. So March in line -- over the cliff -- little lemmings.
