Can’t believe this is happening. I bet the commission cut means that all non competes are no longer valid.

Most high school drop-outs could succeed as an Arthrex rep. So cutting commissions and adding lots of new reps makes business sense. This is a no-brainer. Don't hate the PB.

Bowman is the visionary founder of Peerless and is the father of the modern Arthex distributor. No wonder Reinhold idolizes PB.

JB is owned by PB. Always has been and always will. JB was at right place st right time honestly PB was a way better rep than JB ever was

Couldn’t agree more.....PB would have smoked JB in the field, with that said they both have something in common...neither have a like outside of Arthrex. Both are self absorbed, both take sole credit for the new facuiity in SC.

It is my fervent wish for people to be exposed to having a great boss at least once in their lives. I have been fortunate to have PB as my leader and mentor. Working for Philip has been a memorable and joyous time for me. And for others.

You know PB is loved so by many and everyone has their favorite stories and quotes he used often over time. Many of these Bowmanisms cannot be repeated in this here forum:). His gift is giving Peerless reps the freedom to do your job but helping your grow and improve. He had a simple philosophy about what makes for success in a Arthrex medical device distributor: “Hire great people and have them go see the docs!” PB would share with you the Arthrex goals, make sure you had the resources to succeed and coach only when needed or requested. And his coaching was never overt and always spot-on.

Happy trails PB. You are the best.

Could be the greatest human in the history of humans....he's beyond perfect in every aspect of life....I'm going to stick with PB even if he says I have to pay him to work here, it's worth it

Phillip would never work at here. Who's the child posting here?

I would agree and also disagree with the above post. I have grown my territory, manage my inventory and increased the overall ROI. However, my yearly income has never improved, and now we have commission cuts, great outcome if your PB.

Down goes Murphy, down goes Murphy. 7 year vet said no thank you to a commission cut and moved on down the road.

This meeting will be the same as usual. PB and KH talk about themselves and how good they used to be and then a great circle jerk of Arthrex. Cant wait......to find a new job.
