I’m making more in this comp plan and ex-award winner at one of the NSM’s. I also most likely built a bigger HA and Exogen business then you and your Pfizer friend. Sorry for you two but volume commissions helped me. Btw, No one pays dollar one unless you want trauma or 1099. Also if you were here with AD then you should know the plan prior to JA did not pay dollar one, it had a min threshold as well. Pharma may be worth looking into.

Sales reps overall are making less on this plan. The numbers don't lie. You ARE an outlier. I have made good money over the years, but this plan is a pisser. Also, the sales rep job is not real medical device sales. If anything, it is a lower-than-pharma job, as it pays shit for hours worked.

Wrong. I was 100% under AD and got paid from dollar one. 0-50% had a %, 51-100% had a % and then extra % above 100% and above AND, an executive earns no extra % over a sales rep with 2 years of copier experience coming in. JN please do a poll of Sales Reps and ask them how they like the comp plan.

I do not think you would want to trust the results of any JN poll. Last poll majority of reps wanted payouts at a lower percentage. JN tally did not reflect this.

Yes , under AD there was payout from $1. AD had his problems but he was always about the reps making money first. That attitude is long dead at BV. Restaurant hostesses, failed real estate agents, gap employees , au pairs and others are now our sales force. That's why our commissions are cut. Leadership could care less about us as they know theres always another bus boy looking to become a "device rep." This is now low end DME. Like selling tens units at the mall. If you want to stay, don't stand out, for good or bad, don't volunteer, don't raise your hand and ask questions. Just hide.

Dead on sister/brother! Management is focused on cutting costs in all areas, regardless of consequences.

Short-term thinking with the hope they can make this shit show public this year. They have continued to fail over and over for five+ years.

Sacrifice tenured reps with higher salaries for reps with 1-3 years experience. Let's see how they like it when we're gone and orders go to hell. KH will continue to drive out DOS's with his ineptitude.

You are missing the fact that we have had 24% turnover rate for 3 years and the order production has never been higher.

Great, order volume is up, you can partially attribute that to more reps in the field, most likely ASRs. Split territories, add an extra rep, pay both reps less due to smaller quotas and create order volume..Make more money for BV, pay less out to the reps create turnover. Got it.

Turnover is higher than that and will increase more as retirees discover better opportunities. HA market IS shrinking based on insurance coverage. More companies not covering HA. Plus, selling on the spread is being looked at.

3 yr turnover is 25%. Industry average is 15% over the period. Additionally, turnover is over 85% for the past 5. Some positions turning over 5 times in 5 years. If you think this damaged ship has been fixed, then you are all so sadly wrong.

Ran into a former BV'er working for another HA company. Seems his job is nothing more than to lock us out of business around the US. BV leadership, you created an entire industry of people with a grudge and a score to settle. Thank you, you just cost me my largest HA account. There goes my quota. Spoke to him after our studies and company were eviscerated by him. Told me it was nothing personal but expect more of the same.

Sounds like you are a weak sales rep. Can't win even with the cards tipped in your favor. Why don't you go sell for "another HA company"?

Yeah. I'm sure a competitor in the low end HA space is paying someone to go across the US to lock BV out. That almost makes sense, but does not.

Actually it’s more than one former BV rep. Looks like one in the east and one in the West. If KH is so clueless as to write this off and ignore a threat then he’s even more stupid than we thought. KH is an example of the worst in leadership. Liar, and arrogant.
