Who gets a nutrition sales job?

Who does this company hire as reps and managers to sell their nutrition products? Any sales person and you train them like with pharma products? Some posts say PAs ? -. why is that? Last time I noticed PAs usually know little if anything about nutrition and even less about selling. What about nutritionists? Dieticians? Nutritionists or dieticians? Even met a manager and in a real life discussion this superstar had no real knowlege of nutrition or sales - wild!!! What's the deal with Abbott?
