That depends on the indication. PD you won't sell anything but get credit from the other indication, DC you'll sell plenty but see your numbers go to PD to paint a pretty picture for the shareholders.
He's good, but BD has no idea what he's doing, one of the most inept leaders I've ever seen. It's an easy job for a bad company. they do throw around quite a bit of money though. It really depends on your region and manager. If they try to micromanage it won't work and you'll be miserable.
He is one of the most inept leaders you will ever find. Doesn't grasp the real world, only what appears on the computer printout or report he is reading. He is so over his head, it isn't even worth commenting on. The rest of the sales managers are just his puppets, so if you want to be micromanaged and be miserable then this is the job for you. I am surprised Brian is still employed as of now
It's a decent gig within pharma. Hand surgeons are cool as shit, no nonsense to deal with. Brian O is a level removed, it really depends on who is the DM and the DMs here on the DC side are all pretty cool. You are in a territory solo (no annoying ass pods) so it's really all up to you how you make this job work Good luck!
slightly above average but this place is a mess It's a fun job all things being equal, but the specialty leadership may be be worst in the industry
What's with the DC/Balt territory for Xiaflex DC? what happened to the rep and hows the District Mgr in this territory? Thx in advance
