Stryker says it will not acquire Boston Scientific

Agree. The aqusition will happen. It's just a matter of working out the stock swap, etc. and other financial matters.

 

Wont happen. Rumors like this have happened numerous times with Stryker and Smith and Newphew. Not to mention it would be branching out in a big way from the current Stryker mix of products and the 2 cultures would simply not mix. Boston = Contract compliance, bullshit admin reports, call reports, micro managing. Stryker = here is your number, go sell shit and get paid.
