Curious about culture in Merz Neuroscience and recent management changes.

How is the team performing against Dysport and Botox? Salary ranges and bonus info?

Best and worst aspects appreciated.

 

Recent management changes all good, big upgrade especially at top levels. Culture is way better as a result. Tough competing against Botox. Dysport not much use in my territory. Imo comp is good if you’re doing the job.

 

Merz is run by big pharma retreads! BR is a joke and all the allergan retreads they brought over.
Go get sales with limited budget or any real incentives and nothing new! Old but goodproducts that are me too!
That is reality! pay is decent and samller comp-any feel but managers at all levels are incompetent.

Ditto, and if not you soon will be as he and new leadership don't put up with that type of negsative attitude. If you feel that way you should leave anyway since this is clearly not a place you will succeed.

 

can we give one free vial for every purchase vial like the aesthetic team does? Sadly, most aesthetic accounts won’t even except the deal because the efficacy is so bad. There are enough that do and I’d like to follow their model.

 

Efficacy of Xeomin is really bad. Not sure why Merz cannot admit it. Botox and Dysport are superior.

Its been 7 years for both aesthetic and near but only 6% market share. A real company would have at least
25% of market . Merz just keeps hiring r*****s that have never had to fight for market share, but don't worry we will grow faster than botox. Idiots! Prove me wrong with sales ! First, learn how to write. Your posts are like reading the writing of a child in first grade.

Second, you moron, if you don’t like it here just leave. “Getting out” is as easy as sending a one sentence resignation letter to your manager, it doesn’t require any “luck.” If you need help drafting that since you appear to have the writing skills of a five year old, here is all you need to send and then you “can get out:”
“Dear XX, this serves as my notice of resignation. Sincerely, XX”
You need to replace the first set of X’s with the name of your manager, and the second set of X’s with your name. If you need more help with this, just check with any person that has completed elementary school.
