    Gee Whiz, What a surpise. . .

"Bishop is no longer working at Biomet."

I hope they all kept good notes. Sounds like they may need them soon.

  5. What ever happened with Theda Bosio the Human Resource "guru" whose mismanagement escalated this lawsuit? Everyone else I believe responsible for this clusterfu-k getting this far was given the boot.

She mentored 2 managers (in other incidents) and a few reps to lie lie lie. Maybe more. She convinced them they can just make stuff up in a personnel file without having evidence or even the TM's knowledge. This is then used to terminate. She never followed labor laws because she didn't have to. 3i never cared about avoidable lawsuits and let her do what she wanted. She lied and advocated for employees that did break laws. She did all this to keep herself busy and appear relevant. She also enjoys pulling the strings of anything that will lead to a lawsuit. One of her partners in crime watched and learned for too long and the result was a long and expensive lawsuit and Theda Inc wasn't even around to save her.

It is shocking there weren't more assault accusations or any of a number of broken laws like bribery, fraud, false claims under Theda Bosio's and David Josza's leadership.

surprised they still can do the things they do. Zimmer Biomet flying doctors to Switzerland for courses and other things. Oral Surgeon in my area taking bunch of referrals on zimmer biomet dime. How is this legal??

Theda was protective of employees that were accused of anything unethical-especially men. She directed management to place false and unverified information in a victim's employee file. No one will forget the lawsuit caused by her and the expense of it all . She loved causing expensive problems and Josza did too.
