This isn't going well....

Avista has continued to fail in its plan to add value and sell at a substantial higher price. The purchase price alone gives them a head start in making a great return, but the actions or lack of them as we are seeing are questionable. Tom Zaves and company are still here..his lack of ethics and sexist behavior are still here, he was one of the SVP's that drove the value to the floor...but he is still here. Lash and his behavior are still here..allowing an incompetent person to drive the labs across the network..And then there is Jennifer..useless.. The finance people are gone, there still isn't a CIO... and the latest, hiring Greg Andreola as sales SVP...Greg is the one during the Miraca time that never delivered on the investment in the molecular lab in AZ....and what about their choice of Scott? He was at Ameritox during that disaster. Either Avista has a very short turnaround time and is working on a deal to resell now or they don't know how to run a business. Sad that a lot of our lives will be impacted. Take your destiny in your own hands and find a company that knows this business and puts leaders in place that will drive it to greatness, cause this place isn't it.

To anyone reading these postings please take heed. This (Miraca/Inform Dx.) company didn't have any real leadership before Avista took over and now there's even less than ever before. The captain has abandoned the ship and has left the honest hard working people without jobs and to fend for themselves. This company has billions of dollars and has given horrible severance packages to those that have been with the company for years. How can you care about the patients you serve when you don't care about the employees that do all the hard work and serve you.
