    So what do you do when your DM threatens the whole district during a conference call "that you will get fired if you dont sell Hymovis?" - This is the same person that has been lying to Fidia about where he lives. Good job for referring him Ralph. Even better job for hiring him Jos!

    Jos hires people who tell her what she wants to hear not what she needs to hear. A DM in another district yelled at a rep and played slots in Vegas. Goes to show the characters she hires. Unfortunately this place is toxic. MSL teaching reps how to sell on spread and the DM's stay quiet. HR is basically there to keep Jos happy. Her mugshot from the national sales meeting was a display of arrogance. It's a bad sign when one rep sends an email regarding 401k, EOB's are used as a detail piece instead of a study, Marketing sends an email breaking the spread down, Offices not getting reimbursed, DM's telling reps to shoot for two units of Hymovis because they have zero confidence in reimbursement, the reimbursement specialist tries to throw everyone under the bus at her expense, we have no money for marketing material and now no q1 bonus. It's time to jump ship!

    Fidia is a toxic place. Top executives and managers dont give a shit about their employees. Good thing is, that what goes around, comes around. Im about to leave, but not without reporting them. I already have an attorney looking into somethings.

    I remember when they discussed no one but an employee of fidia can only operate a company car. I like when the regional director at the time who is now the national director spilled the beans her daughter got in the car to move it. Anyone else did that she would make sure you would get fired.

    And Josephine still has a job? She sucks! District managers need to leave. This place is a complete embarrassment to the pharmaceutical industry oh wait Josephine likes to see we are “medical device”. Like she knows. She’s an embarrassment to the title national director.

    :( I was hoping sooner. I’m stressing about my job and territory. DM is bullying me and I wish the Italians would get rid of her sooner. This company cannot continue to keep her in power. I wish they would just cut ties with her and get someone else who knows what they are doing in. I am reading all over cafe pharma that she is no stranger to failure.

    Wake up. She will be replaced with someone just as bad or even worse. It's happened every single time.

    The drug sucks. The company culture sucks. Why the fuck would you stay?

    Fidia is such a shitty company I had to take it off my resume in order to get interviews. The longer you stay the harder that is to do.

    This isn't a medical device job. It's a pharma sales job and it's a very shitty one at that. Wake up and get the fuck out while you still can. Things will NOT improve.

    laughing and Joss lives in the office and numbers still suck. Maybe she can have her daughter move her car again even though no family member is to drive the company car.

    Eh. Same as if any other rep left. She wasn’t special.

    Only difference is that one dr misses his quarterly BJ. The books are being cooked a little less. Less off label use in the territory. She’s just doing all these things for another company now.
