The sad part is that many of those who questioned or challenged the strategy and tactics of previous Senior leaders were marched out of AZ only to be proven right when the next group of Senior leaders eliminated made the very changes that those who are no longer here were advocating for. How ironic? And the head bobbers and lemmings are allowed to continue to suck the AZ teet.

Abuse: Managers and CBDs who attempt to offer promises of promotions to PSS reps in exchange for dirt on managers or other reps. The information in question is typically shit they could get if they had better relationships or political clout. In fact the information would not be necessary if the perp was secure in their position and had just 5% political clout.

H.R. does the same thing. Reps who rat out people get rewarded but it is short lived like everything else at AZ. There are no career opportunities here.

Had the worst manager & had the best. It makes or breaks the job! I can't understand why women managers feel the need to control everything & everyone! Bizarre!

Does anyone remember the guy on stage at a leadership meeting who sweat through his blue shirt? I mean this guy was soaking wet and wasn't even asked a challenging question. Even though it happened several years ago, it still stands out as one of the most uncomfortable exhibitions of incompetence and nerves ever.

Oh yes, I remember that one but not sure it ranks as #1. There have been several fuck ups on stage since that one.

So true. Much prefer working for a male. The pettiness and mean girl vibe gets tiring. Looking forward to a realignment. It’s been a few years and I’ve had enough of my b.tch manager.

The females in this company learn very early that in order to be successful and get promoted you have to show you can be tough. It is the old brass balls analogy. The male managers who are promoted beyond DSM have to show the same management style. Kick ass and take names.

Not always the case. I’m female, tough and I perform quite well, good sales numbers. What I see to be more accurate about females in AZ is envy/jealousy. Many of my female counterparts are doing all they can to sabotage my opportunities, take me down by way of character assassination. So, it’s been quite difficult to get ahead and win any available promotions.

Then it is true what people say, that no one is meaner to women than other women. Put 3 women in a room and one will be stabbed in the back, slandered, and ridiculed by the other two. Some of the worst rumor mongers and angry women in this company reside inside of human resources. They will smile to your face and stab you in the back in a New York second.

rhe girls in GA are the worst! A few have moved on because they would’ve had to work an actual job instead of FWA.
