He’s terrible, thinks he’s a genius. Came up with some ridiculous thing called a “confidence meter” and touted it as the solution to all selling problems. He has no idea how to sell biologics

Face it GSK is a terrible place to be. The managers are all tools and always carry the corporate torch.

Agree with the above post. No one in GSK management is impressive, because anyone impressive wouldn’t be a manager at GSK.

Think about how FLLs gained their positions. Most FLLs have been in their roles for over 10 years. There are handful who have less tenure but not many. In the past if you had "good sales numbers" for just a couple of years, you were fast tracked into management. This is no exaggeration. Even if you did not possess managerial traits. Numbers were all that mattered. #CIA. Most FLLs were placed into their positions while they were in their early 30's. They had roughly eight or nine years of work experience and voila, you are an FLL because you had a couple years of performance. You would think most of those individuals would have moved up the ranks. You would think. Most of them stayed right where they are currently at. Clogging upward mobility for others. I have aways maintained, that if the FLL role were that difficult, they would drop back into a rep position or leave for other opportunities. Again, you would think. Now, they are in a quandary. Too many of them. They will be cut by 50% very soon. There are actually a few good ones out there. Wish them the best!

Kim Sanders has to be the lowest form of life for any FVP. She is so full of herself and it’s so obvious that all of her directors, acct mgr and IS’s are afraid to disagree or be honest with her because she is one of the most vindictive individuals I’ve ever come across. She thinks she’s so funny and cute but she’s foolish if she thinks she can continue to fool anyone other than Al as she is the most ADD and self serving FVP I’ve ever known.
