This company is led by the most incompetent group of people that wake up each day. Sanofi has been dwarfed by Novo and other competitive organizations in this industry. The culture at this company is a case study on how to destroy a company from within.

Well said. I left Sanofi and joined Novo. My base was increased by 50% and I have a much smaller territory. Not to mention I’m through with the toxic culture that fuels Sanofi.

Left sanofi to work at San Quentin as proctology clinic nurse's aid and am treated way better.
The other day I saw that the doctor was trying to write with a thermometer. When he realised it, he exclaimed, "Some assholes got my pen!"

If you weren't around in the early 1990's, you missed the greatest FU by management in Pharma history. Rhone Poulenc Rorer's Armour division was driven into the ground by a group of managers who couldn't stick their fingers up their asses with both hands. The once respected and profitable company disappeared due to their incompetence. A company that lasted for about 100 years was screwed up royally due to piss poor management. You guys should be glad that bunch of FUs is gone.

Any organization that has Wendy Pinkham in a leadership position has to be the dregs. How she's continued to be employable is beyond me.

i didn’t think it was possible to get more incompetent people than the Durso, Urbaniak, Irace, O’Neil and Bock crowd that totaled out Aventis in less than two years, but damn there has been a revolving door of idiots since then.

It’s almost like there is a behind the scenes deal between Novartis, Sanofi and GSK to trade arrogant fools and train them to go out and screw up the smaller companies they eventually land at in order to drive down market cap and make them easier to acquire.

Absolutely the truth!!! I was hired as an Aventis Rep and loved the company. 5 years later I was on a conference call with small Balzer yelling at the Lantus reps for ruining the company. He showed a photo of rotted asparagus and say when you're old you rot! Wtf?

The change agents came and went and advisory councils formed and disbanded and nothing improved. I left 4 years ago to go to BMS. It's not perfect but it's not even close to how awful Sanofi was. I got a huge raise! I have a biologic and I'm treated like an adult.

    Get out ASAP!!!

GSK is just a bad. We all complain about the company we work for....don’t jump ship for GSK, they’re about to experience some major restructuring if Respiratory doesn’t get its act together. Their problem is, they hire tour guides not true sales people. Then they wonder why benchmarks cant be met. Oh, and they definitely don’t pay very well.

Sanofi is the worst pharmaceutical company in existence...
    Au contraire...

Voted best company to work for Uber drivers. Get base salary while driving fleet cars on company gas. Beautiful thing. Nice way to offset lack of bonuses.

GSK is an awesome place to work. Great culture and great managers. Above average base salary.
