As 12 reps from Texas wall across the stage to win toppers, Russ is still holding the belief that they “chose to be great”! Hate to burst your bubble Rusty but it had nothing to do with personal accountability and you KNOW it!! All those reps got Medicaid coverage which caused them to grow their sales and qualify for the award! That was insulting Russ that you sat there and demeaned the rest of the sales force who didn’t have a huge factor such as acquiring Medicaid coverage to propel them to the top! Sad that you are still touting this BullCrap and believing that being great was all about a choice while the rest of us worked our tales off and couldn’t come close! No Russ they won because they had something the rest of the salesforce didn’t! C’mon Man!!! Just be honest!
Dude. Why are your panties in a bunch with this...how many YEARS later? Just let it go and move on. Districts, territories, etc. are not created equal and it’s just something that everyone else had already accepted — a LONG time ago. Get over it.
