Oh Radius... one year in, and making MORE cuts. Unbelievable. I’m hoping this time I am a part of it. I’m in final interviews with 2 companies, and can’t stand working for a prick, JB, and my manager!
Yea I like to stay off these boards, but had to come take a look. My friend in Florida and Texas was done completely WRONG by JB! He needs to be the first one gone!!! And the Texas manager with the short boy haircut! Start there...
NOTHING will change until JK makes the change that should’ve been made the day after he took over. Sales “Leadership” Needs TO GO!!!
JK needs to be gone himself!! He’s only here because of his buddy Jesper! He is in NO WAY qualified for that position.
Unfortunately that didn’t happen. We lost some great managers and reps yesterday, and JB and his buddy system are still intact. Therefore Radius obviously isn’t listening to the feedback.
Did Radius have lay-offs? What percentage of the company did they cut or was it just done regionally?
I was told by my manager, who can’t be trusted I should add, 25-30%. She tends to LIE, LIE, LIE, so could have been more. No one in my area left, but we have quite a few open spots here so no room to get rid of anyone. I have heard of 3-4 and one manager so far.
