No surprise! Poorly managed. Product too expensive. Reimbursement is poor. Joss favorite Reps suck and are getting thrown out of offices but get to keep their jobs. Top employees have either left or shown the door. Marketing Manager is weak. Focused on Fleet management, Sales systems, Snitches and gossiping Reps (and you know who you fucking are!!), Power Point Presentation that had ZERO value, High Turnover in management positions, & Poor Clinical Value! So why are sales behind?!? Because leadership is too weak.
HR Director is by far the worse I have ever worked at the same company with. She is crooked. Joss henchman. Who was that one female rep who was caught talking to a male director early in the morning that one year at the PoA? She always would strike me as a ho that Joss loved. I always thought the east coast rep was getting it on with Aldo because she was balling when he announced he is leaving. This company is a joke. Once I get my offer I am out of here. They can shove my vacation pay they owe me up their asses!!! Along with this tracker! What is next? A tracking device on our phones And laptops? Fidia is by far the worse place to work for? I rather be picking corn in Indiana on a hot summer day than work for these crooks.
