No one is going to put a stop to it if no one reports it to HR. People that have had relationships with direct reports have been fired in the past...but it takes HR investigation to make it happen.
This company (and FRX in particular) will Always Support the Manager. It’s a rare occurrence (think Jeanne Lloyds - no one really knows what happened in that circumstance). Get a lawyer, have photos and Written affidavits, then and only then should you complain. Otherwise, you’re screwed!

Hell. I worked in the old Chicago region back in the days of BW and left during JH. The region was on steady decline ever since the Illinois Department of Public Aid stopped covering our stuff. Then, the poorer the area (urban poor and rural areas), the worse it got faster and faster.
JH? Last name? Oh...ever heard of the grassroots effect when it comes to “handling” managers? Works like a charm. But I can’t divulge all my secrets. Been doing it since day 1 in pharma and I am never harassed. I’m talking real grassroots.
i heard there was a girl who opened up a business taking care of bullying managers. She used to work in pharma and then charged other rep’s who were being bullied to handle their managers. All anonymous. My old co worker did it and he said his teAM hasn’t been harassed in months.
basically she would act as a third party mediator And tell the manager that the entire team was on to him/her and that they needed to stop the bullying and harassment or else a report would be made up
