DZ doesn't like what McKinsey and/or PraxisFlow is telling him on how he needs to re-org TS. One aspect is that they want 'global' functions, and DZ wants the functions to be regional. So McKinsey/Praxis flow says you need one leader of whatever, DZ says nope, it should be 4.

That's why this whole GD stupid re-org is taking so long - 9 months and millions of $ and counting. The J&J folks keep coming up with new re-org models until it matches what the consultants wanted in the first place. If snail-paced Stu just said here's the model in October and finish tweaking it by January, we'd be done with this mess already. Imagine if your projects took this long to complete with no actual progress being shown, your arse would have been out the door already.

The whole thing is ridiculous, but this re-org is REALLY ridiculous. Does anybody remember why we're re-orging?? Stu started this nonsense in the first week of October, what do we have to show for it?? Does anybody care anymore? And don't forget, JJT is Agile. pffffftttt......

Its Agile so they are writing user stories then it will be prioritization, define MVP, sprint planning, blah blah. Come 2020 we will have clarity.

It can't be 2020 because that wouldn't align with the Portfolio planning process which has to gain alignment with all of mankind before it can get an Instantis ID which will probably will be changed to some other tool so no new plans for 2020 can be loaded.

I doubt credo violations etc. if that was true he’d have been out. The fact that he stuck around foe a minth and was on site tells u it was his decision.
