If you are reading this and you are in the Florida Region I bet you can think of 5 reps who recently left! The management from the RBD up has been incompetent, unrealistic and completely lacking in empathy. And now Karma is Kicking Janssen in the backside. How many good representatives have moved on after being scapegoated for bad decisions in management.

Our worst competition is not from rival reps but rather from poor management decisions. Management--> As Dr. Phil would say "How is that working for You"?

I listened to the 7 principles and took a job selling different diabetic products. The corporate climate in my new company is so much better and the vibe is so much more positive! Florida Region philosophy is the BEATINGS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL MORALE IMPROVES!

There are 4 reps gone in our district. The manager wants to know how many squares of tissue we use to wipe our asses.

Welcome to JnJ. This is where every group excluding white males gets to be promoted regardless of skill set. Of course once promoted they are encouraged to beat you like a piñata. Lovely company destined for the bone yard after the worker bees stop working.

Diversity hires are dumb as a log. When we pip them, they place the race card and lose every time.

4 RBD’s in 5 years. One had an HR intervention, the next fired and current one snorts Red Bull. WTF?

I cut out today at 3:00 PM and studied the 7 principles. I like Dave but then again I like having hot oil poured up my nostrils.

Did you ever notice the RBD never does any role plays? What does good look like? Then think back to Oxley and how often he would play the rep role in front of the region! Eyl is fake news!

Here are the facts for those of you who foolishly believe that “those people of color” are receiving all of the promotions. Once you’ve read this along with any other racist, confederate flag waving stooges who share your same feeling regarding race, tell me what policies you “truly believe” all these “diversity hires” drive? I’m sure IF you reply the follow up will be even more ridiculous than the your post quoted above.

    Fortune Magazine Fortune 500 CEOs

    -32 white women (6%)

    -1 Latina (0.002%)

    -3 Black makes (0.006%)

    -464 white males (93%)

    -99.2% white overall

Guess the “REAL” problem is the overall percentage of white occupied CEO seats is only 99.2% (white males 93%) not 100%. As someone posted earlier, “Poor Poor White Man!” I’m hoping for an “intelligent” response to the FACTS which differ from opinions. I likely won’t receive that “intelligent” reply but I’ll remain hopeful. White PRIVILEGE is a helluva drug!!!!

Listen: I worked there decades and saw many people promoted due to affirmative action who had no business being promoted nor could do the work. As for your stats: under 5% of blacks, Hispanics, etc. had four year college degrees nor majored in business in the 70's period. That one fact in itself substantiates your racial bias. Open your eyes and see the light.
