I mean the India people here might have been smart hard working people in India

But tour India leader has made your part of the world and your people look

    IGNORANT and STUPID.

Like seriously pathetic in all you do. I must say a simpler life of blending spices, growing crops, taming snakes, swimming in muddy water might be what you should stick to

Because building a US Pharma organization and running manufacturing plants is

NOT WHAT YOU KNOW HOW TO DO

India does not have a good reputation in the USA. For the past 50 years, the Pharma industry knew that you get what you pay for from India. Cheap products, no innovation, shortcuts, pollution, child labor, and problems with active ingredients and plants. Managed care in their thrust for saving money gave India the boost that it needed. The FDA is still dealing with the mess. SUN Pharma bought Ranbaxy with the promise of cleaning up this dismal image. Oh well, another one bites the dust.

It sounds so ignorant and redneck, but I will never work for Indian management again. I have worked for ex-US companies in the past (European, Japanese) and they were fine.

I was out with friends recently and mentioned all of the problems at Sun. One of my buddies is in IT, and he had a similar experience. He worked for Indian management and hated it. So he left that job. It's just not a good cultural fit, and the management refuses to take advice from Americans.

this was never going to be more than a medium level derm company like Ranbaxy was running

Now it’s just an all out train wreck. It’s like a hotel room after a gamblers night in Vegas.

    Losses abound
    Shit everywhere
Hung over like a stinky mule
And a big bill to pay

Tildra will NEVER REACH any yearly forcast.

Isn't it true that you have a number of product launches coming up in the near future? Some in oncology. Don't you think that will move you up into the big leagues? Rumor has it that you might even stop using Lotus Notes. You guys need to be more excited.

Can't imagine what it's like to work there, I know some reps that left. Some didn't make it to the one year mark, they just cut their losses early.

Horrible reputation with customers and employees.
