You won't make it. They go through reps quickly, but have a pretty solid sales team now. They all had to sign 5-year agreements and therefore will not be leaving in the next 5.
No such thing as five year agreement - employment at will. Two LDC positions will open, DPC in Wilmington is open. Highly encourage you to go somewhere else. You'll want to quit in six months. Seriously.
I believe Adam Read is the manager in NC. You don’t want to work for that guy though. I would highly recommend you do your research on Idexx and and specially Adam before leaving the health care segment. The grass is not always greener. Zoetis is possibly going to bid on IDEXX soon. If that happens Zoetis will clean house with their own people.
