What will it take to fire Mike Foley?

    Excellent point as I remember that email was just sent by Mike Foley recently in a sense asking the Neurology sales force to create more PIRs or suffer the consequences lol.

    Mike Foley complaining, forcing the Neurology sales force via email to solicit, and create more PIRs when PIRs are not to be solicited, along with unapproved MS articles being emailed by Mike Foley are both compliance violations.

    If Bayer corporate keeps ignoring the Neurology sales force cries for action with regards to Mike Foley, all of us Bayer Neurology reps should share these compliance violation emails with the competing company Neurology reps, so that they can start calling complaints to Bayer compliance hotline, and maybe then Bayer corporate will start to listen.

    Remember nothing happened to him in the derm division. A lot of shit went down and nothing happened to him or that puppet he has named Dan.

    Does anyone know why Dan was brought in? The DM up north that was fired abruptly was a good guy. What did he do wrong (other than be a black guy in Mike Foley’s world). Is there more here or does it just look bad to us outsiders where black people live?

    The DM up north is a great guy and was the neurology sales trainer at Bayer HQ for a long time.

    Klause made him a DM and passed over Dan in 2017. When Klause left Mike Foley decided to conspire against him by putting him on a bogus PIP so Mike could bring over his bed buddy Dan from Bayer derm.

    Mike and Dan, THE LOVERS, are finally reunited again!

    Makes me so emotional just thinking about how happy these two love birds are now that they are back together again lol.

    Foley just wanted his buddy around and unfortunately Ron was in the way. If anyone should file a lawsuit it should be Ron. His firing was b.s.and just part of foley's dictatorship. He was a good guy and good manager. Foley is a narcissist....consequences mean nothing to him. But i guess why should they when Bayer doesnt hold him accountable.

    I absolutely cannot take this anymore!
    The decile five email that came out last week, Should have included a very sincere apology to the salesforce.

    It is now been proven that corporate has no clue when it comes to targeting.

    Trust your REPS!!!! There is no form of analysis or computer driven analytics that is even 10% as effective as field salesforce intelligence.

    Mike and I are here to straighten out you LOSERS and get this division back on track. All we hear is complaining and all we get is resistance.

    Get in line and get with the program.

    Thanks for making me laugh!

    I laughed as hard at this as I did during his stupid teleconference last week.

    We are a “special forces unit” or something bizarre like that! What a joke telling us it’s okay to quit if we can’t handle his management style!!! “I won’t be mad” He said! “Not everyone can handle it” he mentioned.

    I’m glad he won’t be mad! I was really worried I would his lose respect if I quit...NOT!!!

    Maybe he should have taken the dead silence as a hint we don’t respect him! I loved how he answered his own question in a nervous way when we were all in shock to answer him. We were catching our breaths at how unprofessional he was!

    The silence was painful! The silence was perfect!!

    Who the hell does he think he is coming into a team, telling all the seasoned reps they suck and don’t know how to sell and tell all the new reps they suck and don’t know how to sell!!??

    He then wants our loyalty!?

    Dan...you suck and can’t manage people!!!! Why don’t you leave if you can’t handle the pressure!?

    Your sniveling, crying and whimpering is offensive. It's no wonder why this division is in such a sorry state.

    More to come. I have reset expectations and you will be held accountable..... the field rides will be my opportunity to document your unwillingness to improve and I'll be working closely with HR to implement plans with my end goal of massive turnover by year end.
