All over the board. If you’re a white male, you’re good. Bonuses suck though. They rob the sales force bonus pool to try and pay off some of the Bryan Downey Deficit. Talk about a sinking ship! When Downey came aboard it was like our business hit an iceberg. Don’t waste your time.

 

This is very true. This company is TERRIBLE and Downey is the captain of this sinking ship. Worst leadership I have ever seen in my 20+ years in the industry.

This company has the most pathetic leadership I’ve ever encountered...the trifecta of Bryan, John, and Maria is dogshit. Every rep I know hates it here.
