    Hello, I just posted for the Sacramento sales position, anything you can tell me? Products, geography size, etc. I just graduated from Cal and am a pharmacy tech (grunt) right now. Thanks for any advice or position details, I'm super excited.

    There will be no layoffs. With the new message and Steglatro full speed ahead for both forces the numbers are already turning. Have you looked at the latest numbers. They are showing significant increases nationally which certainly translates down to geographies. Remember as well everyone now knows their targets, have developed a route and the doctors will start writing for YOU. We are destined for greatness with Steglatro and don ‘t believe the competitors are not concerned. Take a look at your new numbers for Steglatro and make sure you are sitting down. They will astonish you

    i am sitting down alright... sitting on the toilet because all of our sales numbers are S. H I. T. This drug is already circling the drain just like the floater I just loafed.

    Sit down and look again at the numbers. You have to looking at tremendous increases in your numbers. You have a great drug to sell with tremendous attributes. This is an easy drug to sell once you get docs to try it. Use all your resources and feed feed feed those docs until they start shitting Steglatro

    Steglatro is starting to set the SGLT2 on fire. What a great drug and a leader within the class

    Agree. This drug is perhaps the best launch in the drug industry. Great marketing.

    Ask your manager to ride with a rep in the south. The south is kicking ass with Steglatro. The marketing message is clearly working in the south. What a launch. The reps from BI,AZ, and Janssen are all at a meeting this week to combat what has become the finest SGLT2 on the market, Steglatro

    Obviously the poster is from HQ because there was a report circulated internally that showed a 12 share. Unfortunately the analytics team did a multiplier of 11. As of today the accurate national Steg share is, wait for it....... .07. *Heard the guys in fulfillment use the sample boxes as a jenga game during breaks.

    Remember to move that decimal over 2 places to get that percent share. Looks like 7%. Just kidding. But the south is tearing it up and it is true the competitors are having a difficult time wiping their asses currently because of the strength of Steglatro. It is a very significant drug in the fight against diabetes in the diabetes belt in the south What is wrong with the rest of the country. We are selling it like crazy here in the south. Just left an office no samples left. 2 prescribers both had recently put a patient on it. Make that 2

    there is NO more than 1Trx a week coming out of every team in my District.
    None of our customers are writing this,

    All the numbers from marketing are spiked full of Kool aid. we are in big trouble.

    thanks for chiming in marketing person and trying to blame us.

    Don’t blame the sales force, the customer is telling Merck through their non use of Steg that they have much better options.

    I got 1 Rx this week and that was the highest in my District. I am fed up with hearing about the south. I am so over this place.... can you say resume workshop?

    Why do you guys get so happy when things are good and so mad when things are bad? Have you not figured out that it is determined, way above your head, who wins and loses? Managed Care determines who wins and loses. If you are in a state that has a high volume of the plans that cover a particular drug, you will win. If you don't you are screwed! It has very little to do with skills, intelligence. Also, if you are hit with a ton of objective at the start of 1S or 2S, even though the plans in your area do not cover the drug with said objective, they want you gone. That's how it works.
