And now that Tom has participated in the pricing scheme himself - and he’s instructed people not to put things in writing as it relates to Foundation Care, the price increase, ASP and the loading of orders, he’s in a tough spot.

If he cans Ron, Ron might be able to turn on Tom and Sun. But that’s going to be really hard to do that because Ron’s been in the thick of selling the spread and off label promotion for many years.

So yeah, everyone’s in a tough spot on this one.

But don’t bet against the Indians combining the NSD roles to save a salary and taking their chances giving Ron the boot. Again, he’s been such a part of the shenanigans for so long that he can’t call them out on it. Same for Fadness, so maybe Ron will just end up in another role (Professional Relations).

The company said that Aimee De Blasis Amman sent at least 42 emails containing confidential information to her personal account and copied 600 files to a USB drive before her departure

The delay in merit increases is just another example of how poorly we’re treated, it’s ridiculous. This is not Mumbai and so we have toilets and other employment options. The Exodus will continue, but at a slower rate.

TG on/by October 1, yeah, I think that’s about right, and Dilip will pull AG back to the homeland in early ‘19. But he’s got to come up with a good story that allows both he and AG to ‘save face’, because AG has accomplished absolutely nothing since arriving. Please, someone name anything he’s done other than tell us the story about the prostitute and why we should trust him. I’m always skeptical of people who have to tell you to trust them. AG’s ego is in play. If he cuts TG loose, then he admits his first and most important US hire was a failure. On the other hand, if performance continues as it has, he may have to bite the bullet.

It’s getting close to that critical decision time though. TG sacrificed BU to buy himself a little more time, putting the blame on BU. He knows he’s next, that was the one bullet he had in his gun.

Normally they just would have cut him loose, but the are some HR issues with TG, from multiple employees, and BU would have buried Sun with a lawsuit. So they moved him over to Prof. Relations.
