Phil G is by far the worst manager ever. If you think he is a good guy he has you fooled. His previous gig at athena he had 7 people leave because of him. When he left there at the next company he didn't last long there either. He is the poster boy for dick head.

I worked for Dianne for less than a year. She was terrible. Pathological lies, firing people she didn’t like, pushing them out. The grass was definitely greener on the other side!

I came across one of her cards in an account
She's no longer managing? Why am I not surprised. Everything I've read here is true.

DS was dishonest with her team and notorious for passive/aggressively saying one thing to her reps and another to her superiors with taking credit and placing blame.. worst manager I’ve had..and I’ve had many. NY team seems to be very happy w the new manager that replaced her.

Lots of turnover at Natera. Company keeps moving in different directions and reps are losing morale over the constant directives to change focus in the field. Always a different channel partner, a different product line to focus on,different commission structures, and different messages from management. The sales talent at Natera is good but there is little faith in upper management and it shows.
