Since you told me to shut up, how is your lab looking these days. I already know your answer- "Not Good"! I told you last year tox was in trouble and everyone said shut up! Now you have PAMA hitting with a CMS drug screen at $63 with more cuts to come. The confirmation codes are dropping 10%. 1099 reps paid on a commission basis are going to be outlawed in 2018. You a**holes ruined this business yourselves. Now you will pay and my lab that did everything legal with w-2 reps will survive at my $45 average tox reimbursement. Thank you for handing me your business! Now go off and sell used care you pieces of sh*t!

At approximately 9,000 billing per urine test, at 2 a week, that's a total of approximately 18,000 a week! Shame on you Gulfstream Diagnostics!!!! Shame on your Frank Howard!!!

They have been billing that amount for years - how have they not been shut down when other labs billing much less have been forced to close due to nonpayment by the insurance companies - i.e. United Health Care & BCBS?

Just because they are billing $9k doesn't mean they are actually getting paid $9k. Labs bill higher to inflate their receivables and make it look like they are bigger than they actually are. This is a scheme labs use to inflate their possible revenue and either sell to a dumb ass equity firm or get a moron bank to lend them more money. I know a lab that was paid $780 OON on BC samples in the summer now has to pay back over $300k just from 1 month of service. The hammer is dropping on labs that bill high. And by the way, why the hell does a lab deserve $9k for a lab test that may cost they $50 to run (screen and lc/ms/ms)? These lab owners need to go to jail!

Frank Howard and all of the guys over at Gulfstream Diagnostics / Gulfstream Genomics may have gotten rid of physician ownership but they continue to contract with physician owned MSO after MSO after MSO. Payors- Be very careful. Your incentives are not aligned. Blue Cross, I'm talking to you! They're buying up labs for their contracts, look closely.

Every OON lab in the country is billing through the Medtest Vitas scheme. I can't believe it hasn't been shut down yet.

Pathway Genomics big scumbags fined but their doors should be closed down, not only for their deceit to customers but the inhumane way they have treated their employees.

Every damn lab out in business is being investigated. CMS and the Insurers are collaborating to shut down all labs not named LabCorp and Quest. They want a 2 lab system and will make crap up to acheive their goals! This is a corruption at the highest level
