It is not a sales job. If you like sales this is not it. Horrible culture. Why they are trying to get device reps is insulting. Boring and depressing job. Money sucks too, don't let the recruiter tell you otherwise. If you like sitting in front of your computer for 8 hours crunching numbers go for it.

 

What makes it so depressing? What numbers do they want you home crunching? They don't want you out selling?

I was recruited out of device and lured in as well. It isn't a sales job at ALL. Above is right, in front of your computer all day with 10 different softwares to manage and data to analyze. It is insulting to recruit device reps who are used to being in procedures and hustling. If you want to be bored and deal with office politics go for it. The recruiter really spins it. Terrible experience and I know others who bounced as well.

 

How bad of money are we talking? Rather not waste my time
