A good company to work for?

Hi guys. I sure would appreciate candid feedback. My husband unexpectedly died this last March and I’m forced to jump back into the industry to support my baby and my other small child. Is this a good company to work for? Do they have decent benefits? Good heath insurance? company car? Good working culture? I can’t afford to make a mistake and I have in the past. So I would truly appreciate any honest and candid feedback. You would be helping me more than you know. Thank you

 

There’s been a huge amount of turn over, they’ve increased audits and have been taking people’s bonus as a result. It really depends on your manager. Communication is terrible, there’s a chance we go public in a few weeks. We’ve also been getting company cars for a year, still don’t have them.

 

This is a growing company and a very good one. To the negative Nellie above, he/she should leave the company given the negativity. We have new management and new people and I love it here. I'm in the field. It's WHO you work with and for.

Just got my Q3 quota and I got a 30% increase and I am top 10 in volume and bottom 10 in total market volume. Tell me how that makes sense.

they're so unorganized that they can't even manage their website. Pretty sure this isn't supposed to be out yet
