Her unprofessional management style and her personal baggage are liabilities to the company, yet CP posts are ultra monitored and deleted if critical. She harms people and the company. What does she have as leverage to compel the company to go to such lengths to protect her?
She can only handle bootlickers. She has no tolerance for people who won't reinforce her every thought...insecurity at the leadership level breeds contempt. No wonder RM's flee her constantly. What is her value???
This woman's mean spirited self-serving, calculated corporate climbing far surpasses her abilities as a manager. Everyone who knows her despises her every breath. She is why this company is loathed by all. Zoll could be so much more if leadership only understood that creatures like her should be removed!
