Female managed markets / reimbursement director in west, EK. Took over a team of all women. Slowly replacing all the women with men. Why do you think she's doing that?

Because she’s threatened by anyone other than herself who’s considered a hottie .

Heard about EK at allergan. Got promoted to director by treating men very well. Who hired her here?

Yes, and not to make light of that point, there are so many violative issues with this company it crazy.

Yesterday, I happen to be speaking with someone who is very well respected in Derm and they stated that they, along with some colleagues had just been saying they were surprised Sun was still in the US.

They were serious, and it kinda made me think - really, are customers are now talking about that as a possibility.

I’m on the Levulan side and generally PDT is declining: others treatment options along with cosmetic focus is slowing PDT. I don’t know about acne, but suspect it’s payer driven, and there’s no upside to that.

My Tildra counterpart is in place and is already skeptical.

So, I’d say the future is iffy at best.

If Sun keeps hiring only men (or women for looks or whatever, like above) things will keep getting worse. We need legit women in positions of power.

Abdhay will NEVER hire a woman into a major leadership role. It is part of his culture that women are beneath him. Sad but true...

    You’re F’d up.
Genitalia is not the issue but diversity is. It’s not about ‘positions of power’ but how about having a ‘diverse leadership team’ - that could be age, gender, ethnicity, EXPERIENCES ...

It’s not about what’s between your hips and your knees, it’s about what’s between your ears.

    A brain.

And you obviously don’t have one, which is why you’re working at Sun.

man up you chump! Stop being such a spineless cog in a broken machine. Leave and start over . You made a mistake, correct it! It’s a shame to see the last few good reps at this train wreck of a company hold on as if there is something positive coming down the pipe. WTF happened to you?
