Instead of a criticism, how about some advice that may help. Listen carefully to the song by Tim McGraw: Humble and Kind. Maybe the sentiments in the song provide a gentler way of conveying the message.

Humility and kindness are two qualities that are foreign to MLXQ. She only understands fear, intimidation and negative reinforcement. Her narcissistic borderline personality disorder prevents her from displaying positive behavior in any way. She has zero emotional intelligence. Pitiful, really.

 

General statements without anything specific. If you have a REAL problem with her, then just give an example of something she's actually done to you. Otherwise, you're still just name calling, and this is just another recycled version of the "I hate my manager" thread that we've seen 200 times on here already.

What???? You don't appreciate her style of managing? Her humility and "service before self" approach to her team doesn't appeal to you? (attempt at sarcasm). Suck it up, buttercup. She couldn't care less about how you feel or how motivated you are or the fact that you have a family you want to spend time with. All that matters to her is that you are making your numbers so she can get paid. When she says it is all about her, she is correct. It's one of the only truthful statements to come out of her mouth.
