Please be advised that your employment with Sweden & Martina Inc. is terminated effective from Today.



Pursuant to your Employment Agreement, ¶ 9, that Agreement and its contents are confidential, and pursuant to Appendix F, Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure, and the IOUs you signed you are obligated to return to Sweden & Martina Inc. immediately all materials of any type provided to you by Sweden & Martina Inc. Therefore, we are sending you a prepaid shipping box for return of the materials. We trust you will return ship the materials within two (2) business days from your receipt of the prepaid box. Please remember to delete all data from the iPad and include all accessories to it.



Also, keep in mind that the requirements of use and confidentiality in Appendix F “shall survive termination and the return of any Confidential Information.”

Sweden & Martina treats people like they are trash. The US National Sales manager is more interested in "screwing" the female reps and managers then actually learning English. He is also uneducated.

The company just pulled out of CA, they fired everyone, they gave no warning.

They have 40 years of published research yet you find (0) ZERO valid USA papers. Where are the studies from NYU? GONE.... they only publish positive "Italian" studies, they only pay Italian KOL. They absolutely HATE USA. the only reason they came is because they sniffed money. When they found out that they couldn't drop 2.8MIL and make 100MIL, they started to rethink the USA market.

They are slowly backing out, pulling resources to NYC and leaving doctors hanging, cutting them off, refusing to sell to them, raising prices without notifications, collections, lying and worse. Also, some of the products were rushed into USA without the proper voltage check, so they so called awesome med devices are failing left and right.

The implant success rate is very bad and the US sales manager is violating FDA repeatedly

The company does not adhere to any US med/dent laws/act and laughs when doctors and reps mention SUNSHINE

They bride accounts with a glorious trip to Italy - its all fluff... coach.... economy.... bad wine.... common food.... but they clean the manufacturing facility with a tooth brush so you think its the highest level... Its NOT...

The pay reps 35-70 base... There is NOT 1 sales rep that makes over 100k... NOT one... if you did, they would FIRE you immediately

MIchael Gendron is gone. This company is a joke, and hopefully they will pull out of the US all together.

 

I’m not sure what happen but all of a sudden I have no support. It seems like they’re trying to collect money and run. This company has the worst accounting I have ever seen. It’s run like an itailian pizza shop. They try to send me to collection over $50 and I never got an invoice. Beware...
