Good freaking grief. How many times can this same ole bs be told. PathGroup is growing, expanding, and hiring. I am sure the poster starting this knows that... must likely pos sales rep from competitor and/or considered “Uneligible for rehire”
Hopefully no one takes these fools seriously. I’m sure they are at some client today that is looking at PathGroup and they told them to check these boards for some inside info.... then ran outside and posted this bs. PathGroup is fine, if nothing else overwhelmed sometimes with volume. They need to hurry to their new larger facility by airport so they can backfill some needed staff and equipment in the additional space. I give these fools about 2 more weeks before the next wave of breaking takeovers is posted. What idiots!

    Minutes from the “meetings”
PG—-Q and LC we need you. We have taken on too much volume, we are constantly having to add staff, our territories are increasing, in the middle of building out our new facilities, our TAT is kicking your tails, our service is great, we have sent you our disgruntled and fired employees, and we don’t have to give away tests for a loss to get new clients.
Q and LC—— sounds interesting, but what do you need us for?
    PG—— Good question...drops the mic

    PG---it sucks working here.
Boss--I know, I hate it also and there are so many lazy, unqualified folks I work with. Why can't the sales manager sell anything? Why do I not trust anyone?
PG--Probably because the culture sucks here.

    HR is a joke. he's a fool.........

If you think that Pathgroup will last long term, you're delusional. The PAMA fallout will force them to sell out over the next couple of years. Or they will be in trouble over non compliance/anti-kickback violations. Just watch and wait. They certainly aren't the first lab to go down this path.

where there's smoke, there's fire. i'm curious because we are only minimally successful in texas compared to the costs.

there is always a fire here in the circus.
#1 clown is the director of sales and then some of his coworkers

Commissions changing , profits down, folks not working, mgmt. sitting on their hands, mgmt. is clueless.
Director of sales and VP of sales are jokes and shady.
TAMS---geez.................most couldn't deliver mail in a timely manner or get out of bed

Interestingly, PathGroup just had their best 1st Quarter new revenue growth in company history, lost accounts remain a fraction of what Quest and Labcorp consistently incur and PathGroup is in the process of building a brand new lab facility in Nashville and will be purchasing a lab facility in Texas within 90 days.

    Great times at PathGroup.

So the NEW Private Equity company that owns us will give us all raises? Is that what you are saying? As a tech, I haven't gotten a raise in over a year now. But you're telling everyone, that everything is great! Huh? Which manager are you?

Speak to your supervisor regarding your raise. Merit raises are done during your evaluation. There are no directives regarding withholding raises. Your supervisor would be the one to speak with regarding any upcoming evaluations or merit increases.
