After three years of observing our business virtually eliminated, leadership at Depuy Synthes got their head out of the sand and have finally recognized that this guy was 100% responsible. As a result, millions of dollars of revenue has been lost and our credibility with the arthrocopists is gone. Not to mention all the high level talent that is now working for our competitor. Not sure what they are teaching at Harvard’s MBA program but I’m fairly confident that he could have recieved better guidance from Bunker Hill community college. Oh, and Sue Kurth is the wrong person to help clean up this mess. She had a significant part in encouraging Chuck to do what he did.
???? No, he had nothing to do with it. The gutting of Mitek was caused by Pruden, who directed Fischetti, who directed Juan Jose. Those were the decision-makers, not CP.
CP had everything to do with the dismantling of MITEK and its Independant sales teams. He put together a spreadsheet that showed what that move would save in overhead and started waiving it around the boardroom for buy-in. What his spreadsheet didn’t tell him is relationships still matter and terminating all the talent that was developed internally by MITEK is gone and now so is all the business. It’s very very sad.
