    High turnover. Reps are treated like crap. That's my feedback. Very unprofessional organization.

    The mentality is to blame reps and RMs for everything. Many very good people are gone but the crappy ADs like AM and HP continue and drive business down. What used to be high growth is now low single digit growth year over year. If you want to work 24/7 and be treated like crap this is the place for you.
