All the contract companies are always scouting and competing for new business. Any 'new' contract wins usually have a fast ramp up... so don't expect to get an email asking you if your available October 1 for some new contract... Hit all the CSO's up with a new resume and hope to get the call soon. Good Luck
What really concerns me is that I see a lot of postings for Syneos contracts, but rarely do I see one for Publicis. I'm afraid when this contract does end, there won't be any contracts for us to go to. I think Syneos looks like a better CSO to work for.
Does anyone know anything about a possible new contract in a Rare Disease therapeutic area? Any idea of the manufacturer or the product? Is it a product launch?
