yeah I’ve heard there will most likely be some turnover but was unsure why

Yes unfortunately. but I'm pretty sure no one is really promoting it right now with this new Eagle pharmacy program getting off the ground. Really hate that they made it 20% of our bonus. smh

 

No wonder people are looking

 

And, the people who are coming in are incredibly weak!

 

whats the scoop on how each area is doing for the new copay program?

 

southeast is looking strong

 

yea I'm sure they are. Eagle is in Florida

 

doesnt matter when we are only paid on volume and mkt share

What’s the thoughts on the rankings?

 

What can you tell me about the company and the Indy Position that is open? Whats the company like and how are the benefits?

 

don't waste your time, unless you're unemployed or really desperate to get into Pharma. Salary sucks and they are not doing individual goals anymore. Only rankings based on volume and mkt share. So yea they're trying to pay us as little as possible on our bonus. Avg pharma car options.

I am sure they are trying to. Most people aren't staying at Mission by choice, it is more by circumstance.
