Would never happen before 786 starts to read out. Doesn’t mean Otsuka won’t step in and dissolve Avanir into their organization. Interim CMO is already tearing things up.

if they have been with Avanir for 7 years

It's about to get real. If you had any contact with Dr. R in Cleveland, you are gone. If you are a manger and know what I am referring to, well, l hope you have secured another position at another company.

 

That Dr in Cleveland used to write 25+ scripts a week lol
Must have screened and found lots of PBA in his neurological disorder patients.
Funny that the territory that that Dr is in
has gone thru 3 reps in the last 8 years and they have all won Presidents club.
Seems like you could have put a monkey as the rep in that territory and he would have won Presidents club.
Also that Dr used to be our number one speaker in the United States did the most talks and made the most money.
Heard we bought him a Ferrari he used
so much Nuedexta. Michael and Denise
used to wine and dine that guy so much.
Then it all fell apart.

Then is DOJ only about this guy? Then why is the investigation taking so long?

 

No, the doc in Cleveland was only one issue, the major issue was/ is LTC
being used for agitation. And 2-3 years ago reps doing PA’s and seeing charts in the nursing homes.

 

Anyone who talks about Dr. R in Cleveland without mentioning his little buddy Dr. S doesn't know what they're talking about. Batman & Robin, those two, except only one of them got paid--the other just came for the appetizers.
