If it’s not already happened, Fran and Seema will be asked to prioritize the top, key markets. From there, the second-tiers will begin to be cut in the next 45 days.

    Time to get moving.

Well, my manager has hinted that they’re looking ... and we’ve already had some leave before launch so ...

Tildra....the drug that will never launch yet Sun continues to pay their “talented” couch surfing “biologic” reps....joke of the industry!

It’s gotta being killing the Indians to be shelling out $50,000 to $60,000 a day to these reps in salary and benefits.

I agree, they’re getting ‘Plan B’ ready to start trimming lower-opportunity territories.

What do you Tildra reps do all day? Mow your lawn, get your nails done, watch reality TV? Because you’re obviously not working, you don’t even have to fake it....sad story.

And by the end of next week, yet another month peels off the calendar without a launch.
    This is beyond frustrating.

    There will be no launch.

You have to give credit to Fran and Seema.

They’re not able to sell Tildra, and maybe they never will, but their biggest ‘sale’ was getting us to come on board, believing in them and this sh*t-show of a company.

I’m watching ‘The Doctors’ on TV this afternoon instead of calling on Doctors to sell them Tildra.

I’m not happy and I don’t feel right about it, but they jacked me so now I’m going to jack them.

For those hired around Jan, how do you live with yourself couch surfing for 8 months? If you ever get another Pharma interview how will you answer the question, “what was your performance for your last position?”

“Well I was really good at catching up on all the reality TV shows! I also got to travel a lot, nothing to do with my job, 3 months in Europe is great!”

You do understand that most of the Tildra reps never stopped getting their resume out, even after accepting work with Sun. No one thinks this is a long term gig. The lies surrounding the company, the mediocre drug, etc, have all been discovered at our level now.

    Interesting points.

While I worked for Sun and I was interviewing and had the opportunity to speak to a very, very well respected leader in the industry.

I was taken back when they said my working for Sun “was a reflection of my [poor] judgement”. I seriously didn’t know how to respond.

The person continued on, speaking to some specifics about the company and its leadership that clearly showed people in the industry have ‘the dope’ on Sun.

Someone at Sun once told me that after about 18 months, the outside world considers you as being Sun, and by default, part of the incompetence.

All worked out in the end for me, but I wanted to share this for those considering the future of their careers.

Glad it worked out for you, hopefully moved onto a better company. The Sun STAIN is hard to hide, it screams of laziness and incompetence!

Surprising, but true, being associated with Sun is a career-negative.

I’ve got my feelers out and have had feedback questioning ‘what is going on at Sun’ and ‘why did I go there in the first place (and looking so soon)’. Honestly, I didn’t to hear that, I thought Sun was more under the radar.

That’s why they keep paying their full bonuses, even when they’ve done zero work. They view it as a retention bonus so people don’t leave and go elsewhere.

The Indian-givers won’t continue to shell out the money for salary and bonuses too much longer. The initial sizing plan included which territories should be cut in the event of a launch delay past September 1.
Look for the announcement mid - September.

They should just eliminate the entire Tildra sales force...this drug is never going anywhere.

I’d give up my last rupee to hear Abhay trying to explain these delays to Dilip and why they should keep the whole tildra team. Fran never thought he’d go out this way.

And I wonder if Dilip will just yank Abhay out of the US, and banish him to the slums of Mumbai.

Fran is just another Tool, riding out the free Sun gravey train. Keep posting on linkDin site all day, looking for a new gig.
    Bye Bye! Frannie
