More Layoffs today, & Romo data resubmitted

Bwahahaha, OMG you need to go get some psychiatric help! Several people have said they personally talked to people who were let go with no notice. Yett someone who looked over a shoulder and saw a text that's more of a real fact than directly being told the information, wow wow wow

 

Now you are creating a story and it shows that you don’t know the facts. The post says they were “shown” the texts, not looked over a shoulder. You made that up. And AGAIN, when someone says they were not warned, coached, put on a plan, you do not know the other side. Why are you defending with only heresay and then make up things, what is your agenda? Many of us are happy to be here.

 

I have never posted on this thread before. I can however say that I have been in Pharma for over 20 years and I have heard the same thing as the original poster. There were no layoff warnings no written or verbal warnings. I have heard it from at least seven people who have been let go from Radius, and I have never heard that at any of my previous employers, and there were layoffs at those places as well.

 

I agree there were no layoff warnings. No argument there ( other than reading tea leaves).
But this back and forth is over top performers let go for NO reason. There was a reason and those two will never tell you the true story.

 

No a fact would be saying what the text actually said otherwise it's just rumor and hearsay; so what did the text say??

 

What text are we talking about?!? Shown text of what???
