Managers here don't help because they can't. You have to know and understand your product to be able to utilize the most appropriate way to present it your client. Seems like the managers here can only say, " did you close him"?

Hey corporate if you treated your sales people like people and not a number they might sell more. Meaning when you keep jacking the rolling monthly goals (which is unheard of in our industry) up every month it demoralizies the team. Give an annual quota, break it down into quarters and give the opportunity to catch up if you miss a month or 2. Not this month is X and next month is X plus 30-40+%. People are working hard and stressed to the hilt.

I’d like to see everyone manager and above go out and sell with these outrageous goals to see how we feel daily. Come out and see what we deal with day in day out.

I was recently contacted by a recruiter for a job here. She says the culture is “dynamic”. Looking for some context here

do not believe what any recruiter or manager says. This place is a mess. Crazy rolling monthly goals. Micromanagement. Think twice before coming here

This place is a mess. Everyone at corporate is miserable. In the field, we're miserable. Very negative culture. No work/family life balance. The expectation is that work comes first. It was just announced on Friday that Organogenesis is being purchased by Avista Healthcare. Gary sent out some vague email saying the companies are going to work together .... uh, no ... Avista is wholly acquiring Organogenesis!!!

If I were you, I'd turn away and run!!!!

sometimes I have to wonder how many corporate people it takes to screw in a light bulb. Based on the decisions they are making these days. Unbelievable how arrogant they are.

How is the culture currently? Got a phone screen and they make it sound amazing. is there a crm tool? Calls per day pressure? Asking for a friend.

Coming here with an expectation that was based on the interview has without a doubt been changed. this place is a mess. the ego's and the management style of get your sales up mantra, and i cant help you is evident. The managers are not knowledgeable, at least the ones I have met. there are some. the egos have to go and also the ass kissing. very disappointing.

The company is only concerned of one thing and that is sales - every company is the same. We do not care if you stay or leave as long as the sales are up at any cost.
