    Scott or K,
Instead of responding in this manner please try to hear what the reps are saying, what they need to support the franchise & how you can make it better for them & ultimately the Xermelo franchise. It’s okay to take accountability for things that haven’t worked or for your attitudes. Change your viewpoint, stop blaming reps and give them the support they need to thrive & help patients.

spot on!!!! This is not a primary care world.......continue to spew in house the PC like sales pitches and we will continue to do true oncology selling. Also work on realistic goals. Explanation for current is bogus . This is not a one size fits all market. It’s no wonder so many have left.

This is how Scott and Kiernan behave because they are unqualified for their jobs. Just like the rest in Jersey. All unemployed primary care mediocre hacks who think theyre executives because they got a job at lexicon.

The HR person was creepy when offering me the job. Scott was on the phone silent just listening. She acted like a cheerleader on how excited they were to offer me 20K less than I was currently making. I wanted to do it so I would have less travel, but my 2 friends who worked there at the time (left now) told me they were interviewing to leave. That 2 reps had been in the territory I was in and were miserable. They would not budge on the base offer. When I needed a week to get through my ride along with my current company manager, and then a sales meeting to “think” about offer......The HR fake person called and demanded a decision that moment. When I hesitated because I was shocked she talked to me that way, she withdrew the offer. So happy now that I hear what a mistake this company would have been.

I recently interviewed and was made an offer. Is the issue the drug or management? Are there good managers? I liked the process with HR and the individuals I met. Thank you. Its a big decision.

Do not do it unless you are unemployed and need insurance

The issue is Sr leadership and inexperienced people in HQ. your RBL will make you or break you here. The drug is a tough sell for some places you just have to build relationships and position it right. Ignore the leadership fluff and do you job and make it happen. It’s not so bad. The bonus is obtainable if you work and it’s high $$ opp. If you want to have oncology on your resume and get your foot in the oncology door this is a good place to start. It doesn’t have to be forever
