Retirement should bring about a peaceful experience and day to day life... Not Ken Kozak - he has to stalk Cardinal employees to portray his "perceived" relevance. Hey, KK, just flutter off into the sunset champ... your time of success - 1980's is long gone.... it's new era of cost pressures, declining reimbursements and accountability.... #getoverit #cardinalwins

The writing is on the wall. The medical supply and distribution sector is dying. It will take one little disruption in the market to send this company to an early grave. This went from a healthy company that was a good place to work to an unhealthy company that Medtronic cast offs have infected like cancer.

To the Medtronic team, stop acting like you are better than us. Medtronic didn't want you, and you don't understand distribution. If you take away channel, we are a commodities product company. An industry no one wants to enter.

Revenue is flat. Margins are down. Time to put some resumes out there

As this once glorious company circles the drain let’s give pause for the strong managers and employees that have been laid off over the last few years. Laid off by bad leadership that made continued bad decisions that finally destroyed a mighty business. Way to go....assholes.

Bill Cooper, Gary Shaw, Jim Prieston, to name just a few of our best, who were dispatched by notoriously incompetent and stupid leadership. Until indictments are handed down to present and past Cardinal "leaders" this company can never again claim that it follows moral and ethical guidelines. Who will atone for the criminality associated with the opioid scandal this company greedily and gleefully exploited? So far no one at Cardinal has been indicted. Will anyone at Cardinal ever be shown the inside of a jail cell for this ghastly behaviour? Who will be punished for actions resulting in a nearly 50% CAH stock price dive from highs achieved only 18 months ago? A stench of age discrimination pervades Cardinal. Who cares? Who will be punished for all the criminality and other malfeasances that have emanated from Dublin? And how about some of the absolutely moronic business acquisitions we've made? At least Wall Street gets it but our shareholders have already been defrauded
    . A
Class action law suit would not be an unreasonable response from cheated shareholders. Hopefully, those guilty at Cardinal will receive their day in court to cleanse the rot at the core of this company

Now our cell phone dollars are cut too? Oh wait, if you're covidien you still have a company paid for device and get to keep it. Good for you! But what about the rest of us?? Looks like Blaze is playing favorites. So far my Covidien reps are running at about 25% closure of sales compared to the CAH reps. I can only assume they learned that from management. I had high hopes that the new guys had a good plan but alas, they are going down the road every other large device manufacturer has.

Way to nickel and dime your sales people

That’s a lie, CAH is the losing money. Covidien is the crown jewel.

Check these numbers out from 2015 baseline: Revenues up over 30%, op income down 80%, cash down 60%, debt up 70%, interest expense up 133%. The capital allocation they have executed has been horrendous. Bad decision on China, Ortho, Cordis, Home, NWPT, and Covidien. With over $10B in allocation of capital and income down 80% on revenue growth of 30%. WTF.

I think we could learn something from GE (not) and they may have worst allocation decisions over the past 10 years of all SP 500 firms...wait we probably lag them. Stock down close to 50%. Let's reward GB, DC, MD, Craig M and current leaders with bonus payout that has nothing to do with current performance. How do they pay out 80-115% of target with performance that is below expectgations on every metric?

Over last 5 years Cah has spent $10B on acquisitions, $6B on dividends and our market value is 40% lower than the start point. Flush the leadership and sell the business to someone who will lead and manage with the expectation of creating value. Piss poor. Thanks George, Don and the rest of incompetent minions.

Yes, Cardinal is the S&P 500 poster company for how NOT to run a company. The Dublin Ivory Tower dummies are, however, gifted in how to destroy a company and the careers of those unfortunates who remain here. Disgraceful in all aspects: Management, Ethics, Morality. Look at the market performance of CAH; that tells the story of what investors think. Hey, Dublin: why not fire a whole bunch more to try to sweeten the bottom line? Schmucks.

Why did I invest too much money in CAH in my 401k? Because I was naive and believed the BULLSHIT spouted by Barrett, Casey, and their shills. Cardinal stock is dead money. All I have is a pretty good dividend but are the rumors true that it's going to be cut? Corporate criminality, which thrives at Cardinal, largely goes unpunished in America. I believed our bloodsuckers and their many lies, and have became a sucker in turn.

Current CAH divvy at current payout rate is not a sure thing.

If your really paying attention they are screaming “Get out! We don’t respect you and don’t value you!” Don’t wait to be forced out, get out now on your own terms. Polish up that resume now!

I never worked at a place where money is such a dirty word. You have bow down and kiss the ring here. It's not an even relationship.
I'm grateful to be employed, and this is a half decent place to work, but the amount of bending over I have done to move up here is not worth it anymore. Besides the company is in a huge hole, and it's going to take years to get out. There are companies much better positioned. I already have resumes out. It's time to jump ship
